About Caitlin

My mission is to bring the maturation of a life long spiritual journey and wisdom teachings to others that seek deeper connection, wholeness, and mastery in their lives to create a more compassionate and coherent world.

Caitlin has been a teacher, coach, artist, ceremonialist, trauma release practitioner, and minister of walking prayer. She has been on a spiritual healing path for many years, influenced by Shambhala Tibetan Buddhism, Celtic spirituality, early Christian mysticism, Peruvian and Native American practices; along with the neuro-science of Dr. Joe Dispenza, Lynne McTaggart, and healing teachings of Dr. Joseph Michael Levry, among others.

She is certified as a Heartmath® Trauma-Sensitive practitioner; Harmonyum Trauma Release practitioner, Quantum Life Coach; along with being in a doctorate of ministry program with the University of Creation Spirituality, focusing on eastern and western spiritual traditions, ceremony and the arts. Caitlin is also an ordained minister (cross cultural spiritual ministry) with the Center for Sacred Studies.

In earlier life, Caitlin was a nationally published and awarded artist, and an expressive art teacher, working in Arizona, Hawaii, and Mexico. She organized art and healing workshops for those with chronic illness; for children after 911; and an eco-mural project for children in a small fishing village in Mexico.

My Story

“The wailing of broken hearts is the doorway to God”  Rumi.

A series of early childhood tragedies shaped my life. The sudden loss of three generations of women in the family — my grandmother, sister, and niece — in a plane crash, along with the breakdown of family relations, had a deep impact, that set me on a life journey to transform the grief and pain, and get to the root of my own illnesses, that followed these events.

At the same time, I sought to understand the communication I was receiving from my grandmother and sister after their deaths, that continues to this day. It led me to study many spiritual paths across cultures, including ancient and modern healing practices, along with the neuro-science applications of Dr. Joe Dispenza, Steve Levine, Bruce Lipton, among others. That, combined with direct experience and serendipities of life, the journey matured into a body of knowledge that I now share with others.
